WHAT IS UTM MOBILITY PORTAL?

The UTM Mobility Portal is created to centralise all of the outbound mobility programmes promoted by UTM International to UTM students in a single page. This makes it easier for UTM student that is interested in joining the outbound mobility programmes ghostwriter klausur to browse through the list of available and currently opened programmes.

HOW TO APPLY?

Please note that any UTM student who wishes to undergo in any of the outbound mobility programmes must submit the UTM outbound mobility application form. Application Form

• UTM student is required to print and submit the hardcopy version of any of the following application forms:
  • Student Exchange Program Application Form
  • Research Internship Abroad Application Form
  • International Invitation Program Application Form
  • Summer School Abroad Application Form
  • UTM Outbound Academic Visit / Special Program Application Form
• The application form must be submitted along with the supporting documents to UTM International office before the deadline. UTM JB students can submit the form at S19 whereas UTM KL students can submit the form at Menara Razak.

Important Notes

• If the host institution provides an application form for the program and it is appended in the UTM Mobility Portal, UTM student is also required to submit the form together with the UTM outbound mobility application to the Ghostwriter UTM International office.
• If the host institution provides an online application form, UTM student is required to fill it up after UTM International has successfully nominated the student’s application to the host institution.
