Dear Partners and Colleagues,

Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) is delighted to invite you to participate in the UTM Mobility Carnival 2.0: Explore The World, Expand Your Future 2026 from 23 to 25 June 2026 at UTM Johor Bahru Campus, Johor, Malaysia.

What will you gain?
– A platform to showcase your institution and mobility programmes you offer to our students.
– To provide you with good insights into the latest trends and developments in the education sector, which can help you refine your strategies and offerings.
– To connect with other institutions and organisations faculty members, fostering new collaborations and partnerships that can benefit your institution in the long run.

What will be provided?
– One participant from each partner institution will be provided with a 4-night accommodation from 22 to 26 June 2026.
– Lunches during the event.
– Airport transfers from Senai International Airport, Johor Bahru to UTM Scholars Inn.
– Participants will be allocated with a table (approx. size around 4 x 2 feet) and two chairs. Total exhibition size is around 8 to 10 feet per exhibition.
– Johor Bahru City Tour.

Registration Fee:
– Registration fee is waived for one participant from each participating institution.
– For institutions who wish to send more than one participant, the fees are as follows:

* Accommodation will be arranged in a two-bedroom apartment setting. Each participant will be provided with an individual bedroom except for the sharing delegates.

Targeted Participants:

UMC2026 welcomes members of staff of the international office (e.g. Mobility Officers and Staff for International Student Admission) or other relevant departments of higher education institutions (HEIs).
