Students are  advice to email UTM International at iscjb@utm.my/visa@utm.my  before coming to our counter  to collect passport.

• New / Renewal of  student pass will take approximately 4-6 weeks for passport collection after submission complete document. Please track your application at EMGS portal for application status.
• Cancellation/ Transfer will take 2-3 weeks for passport collection
• Dependent (New /Renewal) will take approximately 4-6 weeks for passport collection

Please bring supporting document (i.e holding letter, yellow receipt, etc) for UTM International verification

UTM International will email to student when passport is ready for collection. If student unable to collect your passport, you can send representative to collect the passport by completing Authorization Form.  Please bring document for passport collection.

iKad (International Card)

Please email to visa@utm.my  (UTM JB) by providing us your Visa application number (i.e E7000xxxxx and passport number and nationalities) before come for collection. i-card can collected at UTM International counter level 1 (green counter)

Note:
i-card usually ready for collection after 3-4 weeks of student pass sticker endorsement.
