IMPORTANT NOTE:
* Invoice will be issued upon request. Payment of fee registration is required prior to the event and can be made using Flywire.
* Please provide proof of payment during registration for our further action. Payment receipts can be collected on the same day at the registration counter.
* 50% of the fee will be refundable if cancellation is made within 30 working days prior to the event, and there is no refund if cancellation is made less than 14 working days prior to the event.

ACCOMMODATION

For accommodation, the official venue of UTM-UPF2025 will be at Persada Johor International Convention Centre, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

All delegates are encouraged to stay at the suggested hotels below or you may also stay at other preferable hotels near the venue.
It is advisable for you to make the hotel arrangement on your own.
The ground transportation is under self-arrangement.
