REGISTRATION FORM UPF 2023

All delegates are required to fill in the registration form for our records and programme coordination purposes.
The registration fee for UTM-UPF 2023 are as below [Deadline: 20 July 2023]:
- Standard Fee: USD300/per pax
- In-Group (3 pax): USD800/per group (Each delegate needs to register individually)
- In-Group (5 pax): USD1400/per group (Each delegate needs to register individually)
- 6th delegate and above: USD250/per pax

IMPORTANT NOTE:
* Invoice will be issued upon request. Payment of fee registration is required prior to the event and can be made using Flywire.
* Please provide proof of payment during registration for our further action. Payment receipts can be collected on the same day at the registration counter.
* 50% of the fee will be refundable if cancellation is made within 30 working days prior to the event, and there is no refund if cancellation is made less than 14 working days prior to the event.

SECTION D (LOGISTIC)

AIRPORT TRANSFER
Airport transfer will be provided to all participant from/to Senai Airport, Johor Bahru, Johor to/from official hotel (KSL Hotel & Resort) only.
For airport transfer, please email to us the details of the arrival and departure of delegate to upf@utm.my (Subject: UPF Airport Transfer) before 20 July 2023. The required documents are as below:
- Flight itinerary (arrival & departure time)
- Please inform the secretariat if you bring accompanying person.
*Kindly note that airport transfer are provided from and to Senai Airport only.

ACCOMMODATION
For accommodation, the official venue of UTM-UPF2023 will be at KSL Hotel & Resort, Johor Bahru. All delegates are encouraged to stay at this hotel or you may also stay at other preferable hotels near the venue. It is advisable for you to make the hotel arrangement on your own. Nevertheless, if you wish to stay other than KSL Hotel & Resorts, the ground transportation is under self-arrangement.
